Payment & Confirmation

  1. Orders placed via our website are automatically confirmed once full payment is received.
  2. Unpaid items in your cart are not reserved until payment is completed.
  3. We accept payment by Local Bank transfer or Credit/Debit card payments (may incur additional fees as stated at checkout)

Cake Design

Thyme & Caramel strives to design with excellence.

  1. Images references provided on our website are for design style reference only. Sizing & colors may differ according to your specification stated on your order confirmation.
  2. Writing on cakes will appear exactly as you type during order, including spelling and capitalisation.
  3. Fresh & Edible Flowers: Each fresh flower design is unique & will be different. Seasonal flower availability will be arranged within your chosen color palette.
  4. Any post-purchase changes will incur additional fees and are subject to approval based on production capacity. (min. 7 days notice)
  5. Your cake will be crafted as per the booking confirmation details. Please review your order details carefully.

Pick Up

Thyme & Caramel, Jl. Munduk Kedungu, Pererenan Canggu. 11:00 AM - 4:00PM (Monday - Sunday, by appointment)

  1. Please be advised to pick up by Car. Cakes are delicate and will not survive transport on motorbikes.
  2. Once the cake has been collected, Thyme & Caramel is not responsible for any damage during transport or storage.

Delivery

Monday – Saturday (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM).

  1. Delivery schedule follows fixed routes timing based on your location, as confirmed during your order selection.
  2. Please provide accurate property name, contact number & pin location. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in failed delivery and additional charges.
  3. Deliveries are made within your area’s designated timeframe; exact times cannot be guaranteed due to Bali’s traffic conditions.
  4. By choosing delivery, you acknowledge and accept that potential delays are beyond our control.
  5. All cakes are delivered by car through our trusted third-party partners.

Receiving Your Cake

  1. A recipient or villa/restaurant/hotel staff must be present to receive the cake during the scheduled timeframe.
  2. Please ensure your contact number is active and reachable. Drivers will only deliver to the front gate/lobby and are not permitted to carry items inside premises.
  3. If no one is available and no safe place is provided, the order will return to our studio and redelivery charges will apply.

Cancellation & Refunds

  1. All confirmed orders are non-refundable. Cancellations are not eligible for refund, but may be rescheduled with 7+ days’ notice, subject to production availability.
  2. Orders cancelled under 7 days’ notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Customer Satisfaction & Care

  1. We take pride in the quality of our cakes and service. All cakes are inspected before handover or delivery.
  2. In the unlikely event of unsatisfaction, concerns regarding your order must be reported to us within 2 hours of pick up/delivery, with photo evidence.
  3. Claims made after this period, or after the cake has been served, consumed, or altered, cannot be accommodated.
  4. Resolution (repair, replacement, or credit) will be determined at Thyme & Caramel’s discretion, on a case by case basis.
