50% down payment of the estimated amount is required before designing process to secure your event date.
Remaining balance is due 1 month prior to your event date.
In the event of Cancellation, 30% of the amount is non refundable to cover our services and date blocking.
3. In the event of Cancellation less than 48 hours, 100% of the amount will be charged and is not applicable for refund or cake credit.
Design
All cakes will be designed according to the details written on the cake contract after discussions with client. The interpretation of the design are as confirmed by client.
Thyme & Caramel aims for an excellent match to color palettes, but we do not guarantee exact pantone matches — as color results differently on different materials.
Thyme & Caramel reserves the right to make minor changes on the day to best suit a design where necessary.
Please check the details of your order carefully, we only design your cake from what is interpreted from the wording of your order.
Final changes to design is permitted no later than 30 days prior to event date

Delivery is subject to additional costs based on distance
We do NOT provide Knife, Cake Stands or Staff on venue for your event.
We take serious care & consideration with your cakes, Any damages made after cake has been handed to your team is out of our responsibility.
In the unlikely event of un-satisfaction with your order, please let us know immediately, so case can be handled.
Compensations are determined on a case-by-case basis.
